This overview shows which features are included in which plan — using the same wording as the pricing cards on cateringos.de.

This page is generated from the operator console (plans & entitlements). It therefore shows exactly what the application actually unlocks, rather than a separately maintained list that could go stale.

All prices net per month. Longer terms are cheaper (12 months −10 %, 24 months −20 %). Enterprise is agreed individually.

Why HACCP is in every plan

HACCP documentation is required by law — it is not optional. It is therefore deliberately available in every plan, including the smallest one. Nobody digitalising their kitchen should have to do the maths on mandatory documentation first.

Still in development

Some features are announced but not yet productive. On the pricing cards they carry a footnote; they will be unlocked *at no extra cost once ready:

  • Purchasing & stock — stock keeping and the shopping list are usable, supplier management follows.

  • Custom branding and your own subdomain (Premium)

  • White-label portal, SSO and dedicated environment (Enterprise, on request)

What happens without the matching plan?

Areas not included remain visible in the menu, marked with a lock. Clicking one explains the feature and the plan required for it. Data already entered is kept — after an upgrade the area is immediately usable again.

And while an area is under maintenance?

While we work on a module, that area shows a maintenance notice with the expected end time — not the plan notice. Your data stays untouched and all other areas keep working normally. Maintenance is additionally announced via the banner in the dashboard.
