With the facility portal your customers maintain their own numbers — instead of phoning or faxing them to you. Included from Professional.
What the facility sees
After signing in, the facility has:

Overview — what is coming up in the next few days

Menu plan with the orders and absences tabs

Billing — the service statements for review

Via the gear icon: master data, people, closing days, contracts
Setting up access

Open Meine Kunden and select the facility.

Invite the contact person by email.

The invitation contains a link for setting their own password.
The facility then manages its own staff — you do not have to create every single account.
Headcounts and absences
The facility reports headcounts per group and enters absences. Both feed directly into your production quantities.
If a report is missing, the configured fallback value applies — production is never left without a number. You can still correct headcounts yourself; your correction takes precedence over the facility’s report.
