Cancellation deadlines

The deadline agreed in the contract applies to cancellations. Timely cancellations are free of charge and reduce your production quantity at the same time.

Late cancellations remain chargeable — at that point the meal is already planned and purchased. Under Billing → Vorlauf you can see how many cancellations arrived in time and how many were late.

Access

Relatives receive their access from the facility, not from the kitchen. This follows data ownership: the relationship with end users belongs to the facility.

Facilities, parents and relatives incur no costs — neither for access nor per meal.
