Managing contracts

The contract with a facility records what is delivered, at what price and with which cancellation deadline. It is the basis of every service statement — included in every plan.

Viewing a contract

Under Verträge you see all delivery agreements with their status:

  • Draft — not yet sent

  • Under discussion — presented to the facility

  • Active — confirmed by both sides, in force

  • Expired / Terminated — no longer valid

Prices appear aggregated per portion group here, because that is the kitchen’s everyday question.

Editing contracts

Contracts are negotiated and changed under Organisation → Verträge. The kitchen view is deliberately read-only: prices should be changed where the contract lives, not in passing during daily business.

Cancellation deadlines

The deadline is agreed per contract and cascades down to the individual group. It decides whether a cancellation is free of charge or remains chargeable. Different facilities may have different deadlines.

Data processing agreement (DPA)

In addition to the delivery agreement, the DPA is concluded digitally during onboarding. It governs the handling of personal data and is a precondition for a facility being allowed to maintain personal data.
