Getting started: the first two weeks The thread from your first sign-in to your first service statement — including the stumbling blocks and where to look first when something is wrong.

Your first sign-in The welcome tour and the "First steps" list — what happens at your first sign-in and why the ticks appear by themselves.

Inviting colleagues and granting permissions Individual accounts instead of shared passwords, telling app role and permissions apart, restricting the scope.

Assigning facilities to menu planning Create menu plan groups, assign facilities and units, set service start and delivery days — the prerequisite for any plan.

Create a menu plan Build a weekly plan with menu lines, schedule recipes, approve and publish.

Create recipes Pick ingredients, capture a recipe with automatic allergen/nutrition calculation, set labels.

Manage menu lines Add, switch and remove swimlanes (dietary forms & consistency levels).
